Does Klassik Minxxx allow walk-in appointments?
We do not allow walk-ins. We are an appointment-only private space. Scheduling requires a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment time.

We are an appointment-only facility to promote a calm and private atmosphere. Scheduling requires a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment time.

Can I take medications and still get services?The short answer is yes, but please notify your esthetician of any and all medications you have taken within the last 90 days to prepare for proper treatment.

How do I prepare for my first appointment?Because every appointment is different, always check your email for instructions and tips on how to prepare for your upcoming appointments.

Is there an age requirement for services?There is no age limit or age requirement. However, if you’re under the age of 18, bring a parent or guardian on your first visit as we need their consent.

How often do lashes shed?A full lash cycle is 4-6 weeks. This means that almost all of your lashes have shed within this time.

What items are safe to wash lashes with?After 48 hours, it is safe to use an oil free face wash or lash cleanser that can be purchased here.

Can I wear makeup with my lashes?You can wear makeup, but mascara is highly discouraged. Please avoid oil based products getting on or near the lash area.

Do extensions damage natural lashes?If applied properly, no. Every person is different, which is why your lash extensions are applied based on the durability of your natural lashes.

How long do lash extensions last?Lash extensions last 4-6 weeks with normal shedding. We recommend a fill every 2-3 weeks to prevent gaps due to shedding and normal wear.

Where do I start?Every facial client starts with a New Client Facial. This service allows us both time to educate each other on your skin and skincare goals. This prevents possible breakouts, burns, and rashes that could've been avoided with appropriate time and care. My goal is to help you achieve healthy glowing skin.

When can I get a peel?All peels and advanced treatments are at the discretion of your esthetician. Your advanced treatments and treatment plan is based on lifestyle and skin health to provide the best possible results.

What does Dermaplaning do?Dermaplaning is a procedure that exfoliates your skin and gets rid of dirt and vellus hair, better known as "peach fuzz".

How often should I exfoliate?Every person's routine is different, but the average exfoliating routine should be 2-3 times per week. It is also recommended to avoid exfoliating 48-72 hours before your facial treatment.

Can I Get Waxed If I'm Taking Retin A, Renova, or Accutane?"Waxing is never done on clients taking Accutane and is not recommended for clients taking Retin A, Renova, Differin or other types of skin thinning acne medications.

What is the difference between waxing and shaving?Waxing removes hair from the root, leaving hair growing back with less volume than before. Shaving is closely compared to trimming the hair, which causes it to grow back faster.

How often should I exfoliate?You should exfoliate 2-3 times per week. Chemical exfoliants are recommended to prevent skin toughness.

Will my hair grow back thicker?The short answer is no, however waxing does not thin the hair either. Instead the volume of the hair is significantly reduced.

Customer SatisfactionYour satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with any service you have received, please notify us within five days of your appointment and/or purchase so that we may assist you accordingly.

Late Arrival for AppointmentIf you are late for an appointment, your treatment will end on time so that the next appointment may begin as scheduled. Should this happen, your service will be charged 50% service price. However, appointments are subject to cancellation after 15 minutes of tardiness.

CancellationCancellation fees are waived until 24 hours prior to treatment time. Any hour less, and the deposit is forfeited. Excessive cancellations will prevent future booking.

Payment/DepositsDeposits are required to secure your appointment and reserve the desired timeslot. This deposit is non-refundable and can be transferred in the event of rescheduling.

ReturnsAny other sealed products can be returned within 30 days with proof of purchase.

Children and additional guestsThe spa cannot accommodate additional guests that are not receiving treatment. We are appointment only to provide a private and calming experience.
